Andrew oversees all aspects of the business and has particular interests in Product Sourcing, International Logistics, Sales, Marketing and Finance. Andrew has extensive experience in the garden/lifestyle industry, formerly as an owner of a retail nursery, International Sourcing Manager for one of the leading suppliers of ceramic pots & garden décor in Australia and also as a Category Manager for a leading national garden and hardware retailer.

Fred de Haan

Fred has held various sales and business management roles within the garden & hardware industry over many years and is well known and respected amongst his colleagues and customers throughout Australia.

Fred has a passion for sales and loves working with his customers to assist them to grow their businesses with our wide range of quality products. You’ll find him travelling the country, making sure that stores are aware of our products and how best to display them to maximise sales potential.

Glenn Brown

A qualified Horticulturalist, Glenn has been involved in the Garden Industry for 30 years.

He has extensive Wholesale & Retail experience and is tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners over long periods of time.

He’s held in high esteem amongst his peers for honesty, integrity, creativity, work ethic, commitment, and loyalty, and loves to work closely with his customers in partnership to increase their sales & profitability.

Nicky Wright

Nicky has many years experience within the tertiary education sector working in customer service & office administration roles and executive PA roles.

For us, she processes incoming customer orders and enquiries and liaises with customers, both customer and consumer, and books freight and tracks each delivery to ensure orders are delivered as soon as possible.

She overseas the warehouse operation and liaises with all Staff & Distributors.

John Kotsinadellis

John prepares, picks, packs, wraps, labels, loads and dispatches orders.

He manages stock movement into and throughout our brand new warehouse; unloading containers and storing product, and keeps our warehouse looking fantastic while conducting regular stocktakes to ensure orders can be fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Safety is key; not only tidy areas but in the preventative maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.

On occasion, he’ll assist the retail team with customer merchandise displays and showroom displays.

Duli Kalu

A qualified Accountant (CPA Member), Duli manages our monthly accounts including statements and invoices to clients.

Provides a range of regular financial reports, budgets, cashflow analyses and balance sheets; ensuring we meet all statutory deadlines and internal documentation goals.

Prepares budgets, P&L’s, cashflow analysis and balance sheets, works closely with external resources on all finance matters and identifies further efficiencies towards enhancing our current systems and processes.
